We know that having a home redesigned or renovated can be an upheaval, so we want to make the process as smooth as possible – and we want you to enjoy it.
We apply the same meticulous and practical approach to our project coordination as we do to our design. We’ll listen and explain everything clearly, and we’ll always be on hand to support you. By laying everything out in clear steps, we can avoid any surprises with costs and timings, and you’ll always know what to expect.

01 // The brief
Discovering your hopes and aspirations for the project
This is where we take to get to know you and how you live. We’ll ask you lots of questions about how you use the space now and what is or isn’t working. You can tell us what you want to achieve and what your hopes and desires are.
By spending time with you, listening, and getting to know your tastes and aspirations, we’re make sure what we design is perfectly tailored to you and your family.
We’ll also discuss timescale and budget to check we’re all on the same page. We’ll then send you a detailed proposal summarising the scope of works and our design fee.
02 // CONCEPT DESIGN
Putting together the core design ideas
After doing an initial site survey, we’ll present you with the concept design. This includes initial drawings done in CAD (computer-aided design) showing the different elevations (front, back or side views) for the proposed layout, along with any changes to the design and structure.
We can also create 3D views using CGI (computer-generated images) to show you how the design is taking shape. We’ll also sit with you and go through mood boards showing you our ideas for fabrics and finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. We love collaborating closely with you, so we’ll ask you to give us as much feedback as you can.
03 // detailed design
Presenting the full design package
When you’ve approved the concept design, we move on to the detailed design stage. We’ll present you with the final design for each room with sample boards giving you the details of your chosen furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
We’ll then hand over the project package ready for the contractor to begin work. This will include all drawings and specifications for furniture, joinery, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, equipment, artwork, and accessories.
This includes a cost breakdown for each item in line with the budget you set with us at the beginning.
04 // DELIVERY
Coordinating your project from design to handover
Once we’ve agreed a programme of works and taken all steps to get your site ready, the contractors can begin work. We’ll visit regularly to check everything is going to plan, iron out any difficulties that might arise, coordinate all suppliers and subcontractors, and support you through the build or renovation with regular updates.
We treat every aspect of your project with equal care and precision, ensuring the home we return to you transforms your quality of life for the better and makes you proud to live there.
