A Considered Approach to Luxury Bedroom Design

The brief

Our clients approached us with the ambition of creating a luxury bedroom design that felt both indulgent and grounded, a calm, sculpted space to begin and end each day with intention. The layout required rethinking to introduce a seamless flow between the bedroom, bathroom, and dressing areas, while the finishes needed to reflect a tactile, timeless aesthetic that would evolve gracefully over time.

They wanted luxury but not opulence. Function, but not formality. Above all, they wanted to feel at home in every part of the space.

Our solution

This luxury primary suite was designed as a calm, connected experience, where the bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room flow seamlessly together, each space enhancing the next.

Originally one large room, the bedroom has been carefully reconfigured. A bespoke media wall now separates the sleeping area from the dressing space, introducing structure without disrupting the sense of flow. Rich, earthy tones, fluted detailing, and soft velvet and leather textures create a warm, grounded atmosphere. Bespoke walnut joinery and a custom headboard wall bring depth and rhythm, while layered lighting and thoughtful bedroom design details offer comfort and clarity.

At the heart of the suite, the bathroom is designed to feel both sculptural and serene. A freestanding bath sits beneath a skylight, framed by a twin vanity unit, walk-in shower, and softly screened areas. The material palette—natural stone, brushed brass, and timber—adds texture and calm to this refined bathroom design.

The dressing room combines everyday practicality with the feeling of a private boutique. Full-height mirrors, ribbed cabinetry, and integrated lighting create a refined and elegant space to start and end the day.
