From initial brief to final handover, our process is designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to every stage of your project.

  • We begin by getting to know you, your home, and the wider ambitions for your project. This stage is about understanding how you live, what is not currently working, and what you want the space to become, while also establishing clear parameters around scope, budget, and timescale. From there, we begin shaping the creative direction through early layouts, visual references, and concept thinking, creating a strong design foundation for the stages that follow.

  • With the concept approved, we develop the design in detail. Layouts, elevations, joinery, lighting, and specifications are refined so that each element is carefully resolved and prepared for implementation.

  • Once the design is finalised, we manage the sourcing and ordering process with care. This includes reviewing quotations, coordinating suppliers, tracking approvals, and overseeing the procurement schedule and budget.

  • As the project moves towards completion, we coordinate the practical elements that bring the design together. From site liaison and delivery management to installation and styling, we remain involved to help ensure the finished home is executed with care and resolved in every detail.

  • The final stage is about ensuring everything is ready to be lived in and enjoyed. We carry out a final review, provide relevant handover information, and ensure the completed project is brought together with care, clarity, and attention to detail.
