Whether it is a large period house that wants brighter, better-connected rooms or a newer build that needs reworking, sorting that out first is what keeps a big project enjoyable rather than stressful.

Chapter Seven Design is led by Andy and Joe Smith, with a trusted team of trades and makers behind every project. The bigger the home, the more there is to keep on track, and that is Joe’s part: the programme, the suppliers and the hundreds of decisions a project this size throws up, all kept in order so the months of work feel organised and, honestly, good to be part of.

However big the job, you are looked after by the same people from start to finish. The people you meet at the start are the people who see it through, so nothing gets handed off and lost along the way.

We take on full home renovations across Sutton Coldfield and focused work on the rooms that matter most in a larger home, from kitchens to principal suites.
